ALP WRs by York - 17:13 - MP
Finally I got energy to update the records York sent 2 months ago. Total of 6 new ones and all were taken from axxu. Congrats to him!
This site is quite dead as you might notice. The biggest reason is of course that me and presumably also Ville has lost the biggest passion for elma. Too bad but that's life I guess. I bet there won't be that many people who will even see this news |
ALP TT update - 21:15 - MP
ALP#22 record holder York sent his total, which was a lot better than I could even imagine! It's the 3rd best tt there is and of course there are many crazy times. This also means there is now full 30 totals on the list!

I forgot to mention that it's still possible to improve the best times in every level! So the 12 levels are like "normal contest" levs from now on and because of that the winner recs won't be available. Of course it's always possible the ask the recs straight from the kuskis who have driven them. Recs can be also uploaded here if we get permission from the kuskis. So mail us if you want your recs shared. |
Kon Quest finally over! - 21:47 - MP
The final points and standings are now ready ..and the winner is ..*drums* .. The OooO! Congratulations! BoneLESS, Munkki and Zox weren't too far away as they all got over 150p. I hope there isn't any big mistakes as there were quite much calculations. Thanks to the ones who played, but I'm still quite disappointed that there wasn't that many players :/.
Kon Quest was supposed to be a continuing contest but there will be some break now. I'm not sure when we will have energy to arrange another one. We have some nice ideas left but as I said more players is a must. Byez for now! |

Okky so here is the update finally. The OooO won round10 and BoneLESS took the victory in the second special event, which also had quite a few players sending in :I. Anyway still two rounds left and remember that final results are also closing and the top10 best times in every level get nice points! Quest continues with round11 and this time KonMaster put some more effort. |

Quest updates - 22:45 - MP
Another two weeks passed. This time psy got the full 10 points with a great time on kq07. Even thougt nobody sent to round 4 during the first two weeks there have been some continuous improvements afterwards. Now Munkki is leading with a big gap to second. One Point Chart is starting to look quite interesting also, nobody able to beat zox in round 1 or 2? I also hope to find some energy to count the total points next week, but I don't promise anything yet ;) |

Golden Appleh - 14:02 - MP and Ville
GAA05 was held last Sunday and Mopo Corner won the award for best site! This award really means much to us, it's really important to get support from the fellow elma players. Keeping and updating a site requires continous work and this kind of recognition gives you more motivation. Surprise also were that Kon Quest was ranked 4th in the contests even though almost no one plays it. Hopefully things will turn better with that one also. Too bad neither of us were present when the gaa show was held but anyway big thank-you's to everybody who voted for us :* |

Tiny improvement from the previous round as two players sent this time. Ali won and BoneLESS, who now has best in round04, was second. There were some problems with the one point chart updating at least it doesn't work for me but it will be fixed later. Btw. the new level is made by Kon Master |

There were no one who sent to round04 :(. Oh well contest keeps on going and new level is once again updated. Notice that one point chart has now finally arrived too! You can find it in the results table. There might be a new special event in the coming weeks also. |

First special event is now over and results/lev/rec are updated. There were nice amount of players which was nice to see especially because so few sent to the first round. Kon Master did his best but 9 players managed to get a better time. The Quest will continue now normally and it's still one week left to play the second round. |

Something special - 22:49 - MP
First special event takes part next Sunday 18.00eet. It's a 45min battle in channel #mopocorner. Points aren't yet decided but will be most likely given to ten best. I've heard some rumours that Kon Master might also take part in the battle ..so be prepared.
One more thing: from now on it's also possible to send your results in irc to me or Ville. This should make it easier for those who are lazy with mails. |
Kon Master rulezzz - 17:08 - MP
First round ended yesterday and the results are now here. Congrats to Zox who got the best result. I thougt it would be necessary to increase to amount of players who get poitns but how wrong I was, there wasn't even five who sent. This was for sure a big confidence boost for Kon Master! Second round is now up, and remember that it's still possible to improve Zox's time. And keep your eye on the special events too. |
Axxu's Level Pack - 00:39 - MP
When psy broke 25min tt limit I thougt it would be the last, well that was pretty stupid of course because it was so early and later ramone proved me wrong. Well that was final for sure, NOT ..Juzam managed the sick 23min limit! And now another historic moment in ALP levels as 22min(!!) is broken by no other than axxu. Besides that he also drove sick new records (7,9,25 especially) and has now 23 in total. I must say he is one of greatest ALPers of all time, if not the best. |

Kon Quest journey begins! - 18:58 - MP
First round is now uploaded! Go and take the level from the download section. There is one late rule addition. Kon Master is now here you to challenge you, so you must first beat him to be qualified to send in. Read a profile about him in the info corner of konquest rules. I also uploaded a memo where you can find some smaller details about the contest, kqmemo.txt. Deadline for the first round is 13.11.2005 15.00eet. Have fun and take it easy. |
Finally some ALP action! - 00:01 - MP
Table #64 includes a new record: one kuski dominates now half of the table, 18wrs! And who other could it be than axxu. He had tried to break the record already about one year ago but back then he "only" managed to draw with psy's 17. Few of the new record drives are really nice, one being Gymnastics which had a big improvement. I wonder if this was an intentional tactic to drive these just before Kon Quest starts? ;o |

First level will be released next Sunday, 30th October that is. The info is now up. Check the KQ pages and read the rules, you can also find an example of the contest in the info corner of the rules section. There is still a slight possibility the point system will be changed a bit, depends of the player amount. Remember to spread the word and tell your elma friends about the coalest contest in town. |

I have updated the King Kong tables. Red and BoneLESS sent some records, and Red has taken the lead over Munkki. It's nice to notice that you are still playing these levels, though they are quite old and very few new levels have been released lately. When Kon Quest starts, you'll get new levels more often, so don't be afraid :) |

So, during this big updating break I've lost all the mails from my ville.mc mail account. It means that if u have sent in some King Kon records and they're not on the tables, you must send in your recs again. Update will be coming later this week, so be sure to send in all new recs. Yup, can you believe it? Mopo Corner has turned into php time, and is now better than ever before. Updating will be easier for me and MP so there hopefully will be more updates I think :)
First of all we got great new layout, at least I think it's very clear and good looking. Then few word about our new Talk Corner. Basically it's the same, but I've added some nice things there, for example you are able to use bold/italic/underline, and add some nice pictures in your messages. I hope that you won't start spamming with pictures or writing your whole message with bold/italic/underline. These codes are only there to cheer up messages a bit, and to emphasize the point of your message. Also your ip will be logged so spammers will get perm ban.
Last, but surely not least: Did you notice the new section on the menu? That's right, a brand new contest, Kon Quest is coming soon. I'm not writing any info about it yet, you will be informed later.
I really hope that you like our new Mopo Corner, making this has taken much time. If you notice any errors in any page, please inform us in the Talk Corner or send us mail.
